A Message on Titus 2:11-13
This Sunday morning, Pastor Dale Lowrimore began with an opening prayer, shortly followed by an inspiring performance of \”I’ll Fly Away\” from Paul Parris, the Music Director. The congregation sang several great hymns before the collection of Tithes and Offerings. The highlight of the service, however, was the Children’s Rainy Day Fund March. It was always a pleasure to watch the children take part with enthusiasm.
The service continued on an uplifting note with a special song from Bert Wiles. This Sunday morning message was on Titus 2 11-13. The first word in verse 12 reads, “The grace of God has appeared bringing salvation for all people”. The passage then goes on to say, “Training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, to live self-controlled, upright, godly lives.”
This message is a great reminder to us all. Each and every day, we should be striving to live godly lives, and trusting in the grace of God that is readily available to us. As it says in Titus 2:14, “For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people.”
We invite you to join us at every service to fellowship and worship God’s word. We guarantee you will leave feeling uplifted and inspired.
