Youth Activities: included the study Matthew 3:13–17 how it describes Jesus’ baptism by John the Baptist. Jesus arrives at the site of John’s baptismal ministry somewhere along the Jordan River. John resists, but Jesus insists that His baptism is meant to fulfill all righteousness.

Adult Studies:
Acts Chapter 8 is a fascinating chapter that has been thoroughly looked into by adult studies. It focuses on the story of Philip who preaches the good news of Jesus to the Samaritans. There is a great emphasis on the power of God, as Philip is called on to perform miraculous signs in order to prove to the people of Samaria the truth of Jesus. Through his actions, many of the Samaritans believed and were baptized in the name of the Lord. This chapter is a powerful reminder of the power of faith and Christianity.
