Message: Part 1 of a 5 part series: “Importance of Faith”

Pastor Dale Lowrimore delivered part one of a five part series on the importance of faith. His message, from Hebrews 11:1-6, focused on the following:

• Faith is the assurance of things hoped for
• Faith is the conviction of things not seen
• Faith is the evidence of things not seen
• Faith is the foundation of our hope

Pastor Lowrimore noted that faith in God has been a part of humanity since the days of Abel, and that his faith was credited to him as righteousness. His faith in God was demonstrated through his actions and words. He reminded the congregation that our faith is also expressed through our actions and words.

He concluded his message by citing the example of Abraham, who left his home and country to follow God’s call, and that when we trust God, we can be sure that He will be faithful and will never let us down. He encouraged the congregation to continue to trust in God, no matter what challenges they may face.
