Pink Out Sunday Morning Worship Service
Sunday morning, a special worship service was held in honor of those battling cancer, and those who have been survivors of the disease. To commemorate the special occasion, it was deemed Pink Out Sunday, and the service was filled with special touches to honor the cause.
The Service Begins
The service started with the children’s rainy day march, followed by the song He’s Got The Whole World In His Hands. Afterward, Music Director Paul Parris led the congregation in a stirring rendition of the I’ll Fly Away Medley.
A Word of Encouragement
The highlight of the service was Pastor Lowrimore’s sermon on the importance of Prize Faith, based on 1 John 5 1-15. Pastor Lowrimore spoke of the power of faith in the face of difficult circumstances, and encouraged the congregation to stay strong in their faith.

The Message of Hope
At the end of the service, the congregation left with a message of hope, knowing that even in the face of great adversity, we can still choose to have faith and trust in God. Pink Out Sunday was a special day indeed, and a great reminder of the power of hope.
